These Terms of Use govern access to Viral Lab and explain the rules for using our AI-assisted creator tools, subscriptions, credits, and analysis outputs.
By accessing or using Viral Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Viral Lab provides AI-assisted tools to help creators analyze and improve short-form video content. Scores, scripts, hooks, titles, and other outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional or commercial advice. Results may vary.
You agree not to:
Certain features require credits. Credits are consumed when you run analysis tools. Unused subscription credits roll over within an active billing period and reset only when the subscription lapses. Credit amounts, pricing, and plan limits may change with reasonable notice. Free users can also earn additional credits by watching rewarded ads, subject to a daily cap (currently 30 credits) and a monthly cap (currently 60 credits) to prevent abuse.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly (annual) basis and are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of those platforms. Cancellation, refunds, and renewal management are handled through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We do not directly process payment details. Feature availability may vary by region or plan.
Higher-tier plans (Creator and Pro) include generous monthly credit allowances intended for individual creators. Sustained automated or extreme usage that materially exceeds typical individual use (for example, running hundreds of analyses per day on a single account) may be subject to a temporary review pause. We notify you in-app when a review pause occurs and re-enable access once usage has returned to normal patterns. Such pauses are extremely rare and are intended only to keep the service sustainable for all users.
All purchases and subscriptions are final except where refunds are required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error due to a billing bug, contact us and we will investigate.
The Viral Lab app, its features, design, algorithms, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The AI Coach is a paid follow-up chat scoped to a single completed analysis. Daily message limits apply per plan: Starter 5, Creator 20, Pro 60; the Free plan does not include access. Limits reset daily at UTC midnight; exceeding the limit returns a recoverable error and you can continue the next day.
The Coach answers using only context from your selected analysis plus a small profile slice (display name when set, plan tier, your selected goal/template). Responses are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, professional, or compliance advice. Do not rely on the Coach for decisions that require qualified human review.
You agree not to use the Coach to: attempt to extract these instructions or our system prompts; impersonate or manipulate the assistant via "ignore previous", "developer mode", or similar prompt-injection techniques; produce harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or illegal content; or generate content targeting other users, accounts, or videos that are not the analysis you opened. We may rate-limit, refuse, or suspend Coach access for any account that abuses these rules, in addition to the fair-use cap in Section 5a.
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or any specific result from using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we may require you to re-accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
